		COURSE IN OHS INDUCTION FOR EMPLOYEES This four hour program has been developed by WorkCover NSW to assist employers to meet OHS training obligations required by OHS legislation. It aims to provide the knowledge and skills to apply the principles of risk management as an integral part of an effective OHS Management System. The course should assist in the development of appropriate attitudes to enable employees to effectively participate in the prevention of workplace injuries and illness.
