		Logistical Support and File Management Work management is essential to maintain control of files in progress, invoicing and services generally. LKA operates a computer-based file management system incorporating deadline scheduling, work-in-progress management, costing and accounting. We have secure email connections to our investigators and some clients, with substantial expansion of this facility in the pipeline. It needs hardly to be stated that all our investigators are in touch by mobile phone, and we are all available to clients at any time. For client convenience, tight management of work-in-progress, and for efficient management of overheads at our end, we administer all files from our Pymble head office.
